Position Overview:
- We are seeking a proactive and stakeholder-oriented Recruitment Officer to support end-to-end recruitment.
- This role focuses on facilitating efficient hiring processes, maintaining strong candidate pipelines, and ensuring a positive candidate experience, while aligning recruitment activities with business objectives and employer branding.
- Support full-cycle recruitment for roles across multiple functions and levels (entry, mid, senior, and executive, where applicable).
- Collaborate with department leaders and clientsto understand staffing needs, assist with job descriptions, and help forecast hiring demand.
- Develop and execute targeted sourcing strategies using job boards, LinkedIn, employee referrals, partnerships, and events.
- Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, assess basic technical and behavioral competencies, and coordinate subsequent interview steps.
- Build and maintain a diverse candidate pipeline; maintain accurate candidate records in the ATS/CRM.
- Assist with offer coordination, salary discussions within approved bands, and onboarding processes in partnership with HR and hiring managers.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience and timely communication throughout the process.
- Stay current on market trends, compensation benchmarking, and competitor hiring activity.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and data protection standards.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 3–5 years of recruiting or staffing experience across multiple functions; experience in a support or trainee capacity is a plus.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS/CRM) and recruitment marketing tools.
- Demonstrated experience with structured interviewing and candidate evaluation; exposure to technical assessments for relevant roles is a plus.
- Knowledge of employment laws and cross-functional hiring considerations, if applicable.
- Ability to manage multiple requisitions with competing deadlines; good time management and organizational skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to partner with stakeholders at various levels.
