Recruitment Consultant

Position Overview: - We are seeking a proactive and results-oriented Recruitment Consultant. - The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes, building strong client relationships, and delivering high-quality talent solutions that meet client needs. Requirements: - Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field - Proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition (agency or in-house) - Strong interviewing and candidate assessment skills - Excellent communication and relationship management skills - Ability to work independently and meet recruitment targets - Good knowledge of recruitment tools, job boards, and LinkedIn sourcing - High level of professionalism and confidentiality
