Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Recruiter/Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our dynamic, expanding team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent to meet organizational needs. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements, develop sourcing strategies, and ensure a seamless candidate experience from application to onboarding.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from job posting to offer acceptance
• Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and ideal candidate profiles
• Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and assess candidate suitability
• Coordinate interview schedules and provide timely feedback to candidates
• Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals
• Maintain accurate candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS)
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs
• Promote the company's employer brand to attract high-quality applicants
• Ensure recruitment processes comply with company policies and employment laws

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Minimum of 4–5 years of proven experience as a Recruiter or Talent Acquisition Specialist (in-house or agency)
• Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and recruitment tools
• Ability to manage multiple roles and priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency with ATS platforms and Microsoft Office Suite
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills

Compensation

₦500,000 monthly
