## Title: Production Manager – Furniture Manufacturing

Develop detailed furniture and fittings production plans, coordinate production processes, and supervise resources to deliver on pre-agreed terms, timeframes, budget, quality, and scope
Manage the production facility and ensure the production process runs smoothly, safely, and meets production budget and goals
Oversee furniture production to ensure all orders are executed according to client requirements
Prepare cutting lists from drawings and designs provided by the design architect
Work with Quality Control to establish and execute quality control processes
Operate CNC machines and related programs
Oversee all production processes including cutting to measurements, edge taping, board planning, designing, finishing, and production scheduling
Set targets and supervise carpenters, floor hands, machinists, and quality assistants
Ensure cost-effective production operations
Estimate costs and establish quality standards
Monitor product standards and implement quality control programmes
Collaborate with management to implement company policies and goals

Bachelor's Degree or Master's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or Wood Technology
Minimum of 5–8 years of relevant work experience in high-end furniture manufacturing
Mandatory experience working in a furniture factory
Proficiency with production machines and hand tools
