## Title: Price Intelligence Manager

Position Overview

We are seeking a strategic and analytical Price Intelligence Manager to lead our pricing intelligence function and drive sustainable margin growth. This role is critical to ensure competitive positioning while maximizing profitability through data-driven pricing decisions and market intelligence.

Key Responsibilities

Pricing Strategy & Margin Management

  • Develop and implement comprehensive pricing strategies that balance competitiveness with profitability targets
  • Drive gross margin improvement initiatives by identifying pricing optimization opportunities across product portfolios
  • Monitor pricing to ensure the business maintains optimal buy-right practices
  • Conduct regular margin analysis to identify erosion risks and recommend corrective actions
  • Lead pricing reviews for new product launches and existing SKU rationalization

Competitive Intelligence & Market Analysis

  • Design and maintain a robust competitive intelligence framework to track competitor pricing, promotional activities, and market positioning
  • Monitor market trends, demand fluctuations, and regulatory changes that impact pricing strategies
  • Analyze competitor moves and provide actionable recommendations to maintain competitive advantage
  • Develop market share and price positioning reports
  • Build and maintain relationships with industry contacts and information sources

Data Analytics & Reporting

  • Leverage advanced analytics tools to evaluate pricing performance, elasticity, and customer behavior patterns
  • Create and maintain pricing dashboards and KPI trackers for real-time decision support
  • Conduct scenario modeling and sensitivity analysis to assess the impact of pricing changes on revenue and profitability
  • Prepare comprehensive reports on pricing performance, margin trends, and competitive landscape for executive leadership
  • Develop predictive models to forecast the impact of pricing decisions
