Role Overview
We are seeking a dynamic Personal Assistant to provide high-level administrative and strategic support to the Group Chief Executive Officer. In this role, you will enable effective decision-making, optimize time management, and ensure seamless execution of business priorities. This position requires exceptional organizational skills, discretion, multitasking ability, and a strong understanding of executive office operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain the GCEO's calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments to ensure optimal use of time
- Prepare, review, and organize briefing materials, reports, presentations, and correspondence for internal and external engagements
- Coordinate and track the execution of strategic initiatives, assignments, and project deliverables
- Serve as a liaison between the GCEO and internal/external stakeholders, including clients, departments, staff, board members, regulators, and partners
- Assist with the preparation and coordination of board meetings and executive sessions
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with the highest level of discretion and professionalism
- Be flexible and responsive to the dynamic demands of an executive office
- Support sales-related activities and demonstrate a proactive drive towards business growth
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science (B.Sc) or Higher National Diploma (HND) in any discipline
- Proven background experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant to C-level executives
- Willingness to reside within company-provided accommodation
