Position Overview: - We are looking for a People & Culture Associate to support key HR activities across the employee lifecycle, with strong involvement in hiring coordination, onboarding, and day-to-day HR operations. Key Responsibilities: - Support hiring processes including job postings, candidate screening coordination, interviews, and onboarding documentation. - Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation. - Provide HR support to employees and line managers on routine people matters. - Assist with employee relations processes and performance management activities. - Support payroll inputs, benefits administration, and statutory documentation. - Assist with training coordination and staff development initiatives. - Ensure compliance with internal policies and labour regulations. - Support culture, engagement, and internal communication initiatives. Requirements: - Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. - 1–3 years’ experience in an HR support or generalist role. - Strong organisational and communication skills. - Good understanding of HR processes and Nigerian labour laws. - High level of professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR systems. - Resident in Warri, Delta State and environs.
