## Title: People and Culture/Administrative Officer

About the Role

A reputable organization seeks a dedicated individual to join their People and Culture team in a combined HR and administrative capacity.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, including posting vacancies, screening applications, scheduling interviews, and coordinating candidate communication
  • Assist with onboarding and orientation of new hires to ensure smooth integration
  • Maintain and update employee records, HR databases, and personnel files with confidentiality
  • Support performance management processes, learning initiatives, and employee engagement activities
  • Ensure compliance with labour laws, HR policies, and organizational guidelines
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies, processes, and best practices
  • Provide day-to-day administrative support to ensure efficient office operations

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related discipline
  • 2–4 years' proven experience in HR, People & Culture, or administrative roles
  • Solid understanding of HR practices, labour laws, and compliance requirements
  • Experience in recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and general office administration

  • Professional HR certification (CIPM, SHRM, CIPD)
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Excellent time management skills
