Job Responsibilities: - Interpret optical prescriptions provided by optometrists or ophthalmologists - Accurately fix, edge, fit, and mount lenses into frames - Carry out lens glazing, adjustment, and alignment to ensure visual comfort - Assist patients in selecting suitable frames and lenses based on prescription and lifestyle needs - Inspect finished eyewear for accuracy, quality, and defects - Repair, adjust, and maintain spectacles as required - Ensure proper handling and care of optical tools and equipment - Maintain a clean, organized, and professional optical workspace - Provide excellent customer service and patient support Requirements: - Prior hands-on experience in fixing, glazing, and mounting lenses is mandatory - Proven experience working as an optician or in an optical workshop/clinic - Good knowledge of different lens types (single vision, bifocal, progressive, etc.) - Ability to work with minimal supervision - Attention to detail and precision - Good communication and interpersonal skills - Willingness to relocate (accommodation provided)
