A reputable organization seeks a dedicated individual for this role. Job Summary - Oversee daily hotel operations, ensuring high-quality guest experiences and efficient service delivery Responsibilities - Supervise Teams: Manage front desk, housekeeping, and F&B staff. - Guest Experience: Ensure excellent customer service and resolve issues promptly. - Operations Coordination: Monitor check-in/check-out processes, room readiness, and inventory. - Reporting: Prepare daily reports on occupancy, revenue, and operational feedback. - Compliance: Ensure adherence to safety, hygiene, and service standards. Requirements - HND or BSc in Hospitality Management or related field. - NYSC certificate. - 2 to 5 years experience in a supervisory role in a hotel (front desk or operations preferred).
