A reputable organization seeks a dedicated individual for this role. Job brief:  Our client, a fast-growing jewellery store in Ikoyi, Lagos, is seeking an Operations Manager responsible for ensuring smooth, efficient, and well-structured daily operations across all retail outlets. The role involves supervising store staff, maintaining operational standards, managing inventory, supporting sales performance, and ensuring a consistent customer experience. Key Responsibilities: - Oversee daily opening and closing procedures for the store. - Ensure store cleanliness, proper display/merchandising, and general readiness before opening. - Monitor in-store activities to ensure customer service excellence. - Ensure all store policies and procedures are followed consistently. - Directly supervise and support store staff. - Provide daily task assignments, coaching, and follow-up. - Ensure staff adhere to sales processes and customer engagement standards. - Oversee daily stock counts, proper stock arrangement and storage. - Ensure accurate movement of goods between the store, stock room, and sales floor. - Monitor daily sales performance and ensure target alignment. - Compile and submit daily sales, customer feedback, and store performance reports. Key Requirements - OND/HND/BSc in any relevant field. - Minimum of 3–5years’ experience in retail store operations. - Previous supervisory or team lead experience is an advantage. - Experience in luxury, jewelry, or fashion retail is a strong added benefit. - Preferably female for gender balance.
