About the Role
Zurishaddai Recruitment Agency is seeking a highly organized and experienced Office Manager to oversee the daily operations of our office in Lagos. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and leadership skills, with experience in providing executive support, managing office staff, coordinating events, and ensuring the smooth running of office activities while keeping both staff and management productive.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day office operations, including supplies, vendors, and maintenance
- Support teams by coordinating tasks, removing blockers, and keeping work items organized
- Assist with internal communication, events, and HR matters
- Provide general support to management and leadership
- Track office expenses and manage invoices
- Perform related duties as assigned by management
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in office management or administrative roles
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Comfortable facilitating meetings and coordinating team activities
- Dependable, professional, and able to work independently
- Mature professional with strong work ethics
Location & Availability
- Must reside in close proximity to Lekki Phase 1, Lagos
- Must be available to start as scheduled
Compensation
Minimum ₦250,000 per month (negotiable based on experience and qualifications)
