## Title: Office Assistant
About the Role
An established company is recruiting for an Office Assistant to join their team in Lagos, Nigeria.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and organize files, documents, and records (physical and digital)
- Answer and route phone calls, handle inquiries, and provide customer service
- Schedule meetings, appointments, and coordinate travel arrangements
- Prepare reports, documents, and correspondence as needed
- Maintain office supplies; order and restock as necessary
- Support team with data entry, photocopying, scanning, and filing
- Handle confidential information with discretion
Required Qualifications
- OND in any discipline
- Previous experience as an Office Assistant
Required Skills
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Good interpersonal and problem-solving skills
Location Requirements
Must reside in Lekki and environs, Lagos, Nigeria.
