Job Purpose
- To provide administrative, secretarial and clerical support to others in the office while maintaining an efficient office environment.
Responsiblities
- Responsible for opening and closing of the office every work day and at any time such services are required
- Keep the office area clean and tidy at all times
- Greet clients or visitors and direct them to the appropriate quarters
- Collect and deliver mails, other company correspondences within and outside the organisation
- Monitor and ensure adequate distribution of office supplies, toiletries etc.
- Take stock of office supplies or office items and make necessary requests for replacements where necessary
- Ensure office equipment is properly maintained and serviced
- Support in photocopy and spiral binding of documents
- Assist to buy meals and other refreshments for directors
- Cater for company meetings
- Inspect and document mileage of directors’ cars and ensure routine servicing is done promptly
- Discharge any other responsibility that may be assigned by Supervisor
- To ensure that there is general administrative office support to make staffs work effectively and efficiently and also to make clients and visitors comfortable.
