Position Overview: - The Marketing Executive will be responsible for promoting products, services in specific geographic regions or territories for the Organization. He/she will work to build brand awareness, generate leads and drive sales through in-person interactions, events and marketing initiatives for the Organization. - The qualified candidate must be fluent in English. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and execute local marketing strategies to promote products/services in assigned territories. - Build relationships with customers, partners and influencers to drive business growth. - Plan and execute events, trade shows and other marketing activities to engage with target audience in his or her territory. - Conduct market research and gather feedback to inform marketing strategies and product development. - Collaborate with internal teams to align the field marketing efforts with the overall business goals. - Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on marketing performance. - Conduct competitor analysis to identify strengths, weaknesses and opportunities for differentiation. - Manage budgets and resources for field marketing activities in assigned territories. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) - Monthly and quarterly sales target achievement by the local territory. - Territory Coverage: Number and value of corporate B2B deals closed within your territory. - Lead Generation: Growth in qualified leads generated (offline and digital). - Relationship Building: Customer satisfaction and retention scores. Required Qualifications: and Requirements - Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (Engineering/Technical background is a strong plus). - Must be fluent in French and English. - Minimum of 2-6years of progressive experience in marketing, preferably in manufacturing, engineering, or B2B sectors. - Strong understanding of marketing principles and practices. - Excellent communication, interpersonal and relationship building skills. - Ability to work independently in a field setting - High integrity, result-oriented mindset, attention to detail, and a drive to break barriers.
