Manager - Network Operating Centre

What you’ll be responsible for: - Lead and manage L1/L2/L3 NOC engineers and shift teams - Ensure proactive monitoring, fault detection, escalation, and resolution - Drive incident, problem, and change management using ITIL practices - Track and improve key metrics including uptime, MTTD, MTTR, and SLA compliance - Coordinate planned maintenance, upgrades, and configuration changes - Serve as the primary escalation point for major network incidents - Oversee network performance reporting and operational dashboards - Champion automation and continuous improvement in NOC processes - Salary: N700, 000 to N1,400,000.  What you bring: - Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Telecommunications, or related field (minimum 2.1 or Upper Credit)  - 7+ years’ experience in Network Operations / ISP / Service Provider environments - 3+ years in a leadership role managing a 24/7 NOC team - Strong knowledge of IP networks (BGP, OSPF, MPLS), fiber, GPON, and wireless - Experience with monitoring tools (e.g., Zabbix, PRTG, SolarWinds, Cacti) - CCNP and ITIL certifications (preferred); PMP/PRINCE2 is a plus - Excellent stakeholder communication and incident leadership skills
