About the Role

KyDAL Office Point is expanding its dynamic team and seeking an experienced Mall Operations Manager to oversee all aspects of mall operations in Lagos, Nigeria. This leadership position offers the opportunity to drive operational excellence, enhance customer experience, and manage complex projects within a fast-paced retail environment.

Key Responsibilities

Project Planning and Execution

• Oversee planning, scheduling, and execution of various mall projects including renovations, maintenance activities, and promotional events
• Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget to enhance the mall's overall appeal and functionality

Problem-Solving and Decision-Making

• Address operational challenges and resolve conflicts to optimize mall operations
• Make strategic decisions on emergency response and policy implementation

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Work closely with security, housekeeping, marketing, and finance departments to coordinate activities and achieve common objectives
• Foster effective collaboration to ensure smooth operations and a cohesive mall environment

Leadership and Mentorship

• Provide guidance, support, and mentorship to the operations team
• Foster a culture of excellence and continuous improvement
• Lead by example and drive team performance to meet organizational goals

Process Improvement and Innovation

• Identify opportunities for innovation and process optimization
• Implement best practices to enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction

Facility Management

• Implement and manage facility management systems
• Oversee customer service initiatives and ensure a seamless shopping experience for visitors

Compensation

N250,000 - N300,000 per month
