Job description
An established company is recruiting for the following position.
Key Responsibilities:
- Type correspondence, documents & reports
- Handle phone calls, emails and supervise access control
- Provide administrative support including filing, photocopying and binding
- Maintain accurate up-to-date filing system & records
- Oversee daily office administration and manage inventory of supplies.
- Manage vendors and service providers to ensure timely service delivery
- Manage and maintain records, correspondence and documents
- Coordinate schedules, appointments, and meetings
- Prepare reports, presentations and other documents
- Maintain office facilities and equipment
- High professionalism, confidentiality, and discretion
Requirements:
- SSCE / OND / Diploma
- 5 years of experience in a similar role
- Excellent communication, organizational & time management skills
- Excellent in the use of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Proficiency in document management systems
- Effective at multitasking, time management and prioritization
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Discretion and professionalism in handling sensitive information.
- Experience in administration, office management, or executive assistance.
