## Title: Legal & Compliance Officer
About the Role
We are seeking a qualified Legal & Compliance Officer to join our team at a leading insurance company in Lagos.
Requirements
- First degree or equivalent qualification in Law or related field
- Membership of Nigerian Insurers Association (NIA)
- NAICOM License Certification
- Membership of Chartered Institute of Insurance of Nigeria (CIIN)
- 2–4 years' experience in a Legal and Compliance role, preferably within the insurance or financial services sector
- Strong understanding of NAICOM guidelines, insurance regulatory requirements, and corporate governance standards
- High ethical standards and integrity
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for reporting and documentation
