Key Responsibilities

Market Expansion & Strategy

  • Identify, research, and evaluate new international markets, trends, and opportunities
  • Develop entry strategies for new regions, including partnerships, joint ventures, or direct sales
  • Adapt business strategies to align with cultural, economic, and regulatory environments

Partnership & Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with international clients, distributors, agents, and strategic partners
  • Represent the company at trade shows, industry events, and international business forums
  • Negotiate agreements, contracts, and terms with local partners

Sales & Revenue Growth

  • Drive international sales targets and business growth objectives
  • Develop pricing strategies, proposals, and tenders tailored to different regions
  • Monitor and report on global sales performance, ensuring alignment with overall company goals

Regulatory & Compliance Oversight

  • Ensure compliance with local laws, trade regulations, and international standards
  • Oversee documentation for exports, imports, and cross-border business activities
  • Mitigate risks related to political, financial, or regulatory issues

Cross-Cultural Leadership

  • Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, operations, legal, finance) to ensure seamless international execution
