## Title: Human Resources Representative
Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Human Resources Representative to provide day-to-day HR support and ensure smooth workforce management. The HR Representative will serve as the first point of contact for employees, manage HR operations, and ensure compliance with labour regulations and company policies. Key Responsibilities
- Act as the HR contact for employees, addressing inquiries and resolving HR issues
- Support recruitment and onboarding processes
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases
- Administer leave, benefits, and performance management activities
- Handle employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary matters
- Ensure compliance with labour laws and statutory requirements (e.g., PAYE, pensions, HMO)
- Support employee engagement initiatives and HR reporting activities
- Perform other HR-related tasks as assigned by management
Requirements
- B.Sc./HND in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline
- 1–2 years of HR experience (experience in outsourcing/consulting is an added advantage)
- Good knowledge of Nigerian labour laws and HR best practices
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and HR software tools
- Professional, confidential, and detail-oriented approach
- Must reside in Ogba or nearby areas for ease of commute
