Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and experienced Human Resources Officer to join our team at Zhongxin Network Technology Company Limited in Lagos. The ideal candidate will have at least two years of hands-on experience in the full spectrum of HR functions, with a strong focus on recruitment and compliance. This role is crucial for ensuring a positive and productive work environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle, from writing job descriptions and posting advertisements to screening resumes, interviewing candidates, and extending job offers
• Handle the onboarding process to ensure new hires are smoothly integrated into the company
• Serve as the main point of contact for employee questions and concerns
• Resolve workplace disputes, address grievances, and foster a positive and healthy work environment
• Assist with performance reviews and provide guidance to managers and employees on performance improvement and career development
• Administer payroll and manage employee benefits, including health insurance and retirement plans, while ensuring compensation is fair and competitive
• Develop, implement, and enforce company policies to ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations
• Identify training needs within the company and organize professional development programs to help employees grow their skills

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Professional HR certification (a plus)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Empathy and ability to handle difficult conversations professionally while building strong relationships with colleagues
• Solid understanding of Nigerian labor laws and regulations
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess situations and identify effective solutions
• Minimum two years of hands-on experience in HR functions
