Role Overview

This is a full-time, on-site position located in Redemption Camp, Mowe, Lagos. The Human Resources Officer will play a key role in managing HR processes and supporting the organization's human capital objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage HR processes and day-to-day operations
• Develop and implement HR policies
• Foster positive employee relations
• Develop and maintain job descriptions
• Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Minimum of 1-3 years of HR experience preferred
