## Title: Human Resources Officer

About the Role

An established company is seeking a Human Resources Officer to support HR strategy implementation, manage employee lifecycle activities, and ensure compliance with organisational policies and statutory regulations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the implementation of HR strategies, policies, and day-to-day HR operations
  • Manage recruitment, selection, onboarding, and end-to-end employee lifecycle activities
  • Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with HR policies and statutory regulations
  • Coordinate performance management, employee engagement, and development initiatives
  • Handle employee relations, conflict resolution, grievances, and disciplinary procedures
  • Prepare payroll inputs, support compensation and benefits administration, and manage HR reporting
  • Ensure HR processes align with organisational goals and industry best practices
  • Provide HR advisory support to management and team leads when required

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, or a related field
  • 5–8 years of hands-on HR experience, preferably within structured organisations
  • Strong understanding of HR operations, Nigerian labour laws, and HR compliance processes
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and handle confidential information
  • Available to resume urgently
