## Title: Human Resources Officer
About the Role
An established company is seeking a Human Resources Officer to support HR strategy implementation, manage employee lifecycle activities, and ensure compliance with organisational policies and statutory regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the implementation of HR strategies, policies, and day-to-day HR operations
- Manage recruitment, selection, onboarding, and end-to-end employee lifecycle activities
- Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with HR policies and statutory regulations
- Coordinate performance management, employee engagement, and development initiatives
- Handle employee relations, conflict resolution, grievances, and disciplinary procedures
- Prepare payroll inputs, support compensation and benefits administration, and manage HR reporting
- Ensure HR processes align with organisational goals and industry best practices
- Provide HR advisory support to management and team leads when required
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, or a related field
- 5–8 years of hands-on HR experience, preferably within structured organisations
- Strong understanding of HR operations, Nigerian labour laws, and HR compliance processes
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and handle confidential information
- Available to resume urgently
