About the Role

Artee Group is seeking a qualified Human Resources Officer to join our team in Lagos, Nigeria. In this position, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of human resources operations to support our supermarket operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Recruit, interview, and onboard supermarket staff
• Manage employee records, attendance, leave, and discipline
• Support payroll preparation and staff scheduling
• Coordinate staff training and performance appraisals
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
• Handle employee relations and welfare matters

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Human Resources Management or related field
• Minimum 1–2 years of HR experience, preferably in retail or supermarket operations
• Good knowledge of labor laws
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to handle confidential information
