## Title: Human Resources Manager
About the Role
We invite applications from suitably qualified candidates for the position of Human Resources Manager at StarTimes in Lagos, Nigeria.
Key Responsibilities
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and employee orientation processes
- Maintain and update employee records and HR documentation
- Assist with payroll preparation, benefits administration, and leave management
- Handle employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary issues
- Support performance management, training, and staff development initiatives
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company HR policies
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- At least 5 years of HR experience
- Strong knowledge of HR practices and labor laws
Required Skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in MS Office and Excel
Preferred Qualifications
- HR certification (CIPM or equivalent)
