## Title: Human Resources Manager

About the Role

LinkOrg Networks, a reputable organization based in Lagos, Nigeria, is seeking a dedicated Human Resources Manager to lead and manage all aspects of human resources operations.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment and Onboarding

  • Manage the complete recruitment and selection process, including job postings, candidate sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding
  • Develop and maintain job descriptions and specifications
  • Coordinate and facilitate the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring smooth transition and integration into the company

Employee Relations

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for employees on HR-related matters, addressing issues and resolving conflicts
  • Foster a positive work environment and promote employee engagement and satisfaction
  • Conduct exit interviews and analyze feedback to improve employee retention

Performance Management

  • Oversee the performance appraisal process, including setting performance standards, conducting reviews, and providing feedback
  • Develop and implement performance improvement plans as needed
  • Assist in identifying training and development needs and opportunities for employees

Compensation and Benefits

  • Administer and manage employee compensation and benefits programs, including salary, bonuses, health insurance, retirement plans, and other benefits
  • Conduct market research to ensure competitive compensation and benefits packages
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable labor laws and regulations

Policy Development and Compliance

  • Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies and procedures
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws, regulations, and company policies
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records

Training and Development

  • Identify training needs and coordinate training programs for employees
  • Develop and implement leadership development programs and succession planning strategies
  • Support career development initiatives and opportunities for employees

HR Strategy and Planning

  • Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement HR strategy and planning initiatives
