## Title: Human Resources Manager
About the Role
This is a full-time, on-site position for a Human Resources Manager located in Akure. You will oversee HR initiatives and support organizational goals through strategic human resources management.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee recruitment processes and manage employee onboarding
- Conduct performance evaluations and implement training programs
- Ensure compliance with HR policies and labor laws
- Manage employee relations and resolve conflicts
- Develop strategies to foster a positive workplace culture
- Collaborate with management to support organizational objectives
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of working experience in Human Resources
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Strong background in recruitment, employee onboarding, and accurate record-keeping
- Experience creating and implementing HR policies and performance management systems
- Proficiency in HR software and tools
- Knowledge of local labor laws and compliance requirements
