Human Resources Manager

You will be responsible for sourcing top tech talent, driving our OKR frameworks, and fostering a culture that empowers every employee to innovate. What you’ll do: - Talent Sourcing: Lead end-to-end recruitment for tech, media, and engineering roles. - Performance: Oversee KPIs/OKRs and drive a culture of continuous feedback. - Growth: Design L&D programs and career pathways for our talent. - Compliance: Ensure excellence in HR operations and Nigerian Labour Law alignment. - Strategy: Partner with the MD/CEO to optimize our organizational structure. What we’re looking for: - 5–7 years of HR experience (with 3+ years in management). - Proven track record in Tech, Software, or Consulting environments. - Strong mastery of performance management systems and employee relations. - Exceptional emotional intelligence and leadership skills.
