## Title: Human Resources Manager

Role Overview

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated professional to join Ascentech Services Limited as Human Resources Manager. The HR Manager will be responsible for managing and executing the company's human resources strategy in line with business objectives. This role requires strong experience in FMCG environments, handling end-to-end HR operations, talent management, employee relations, performance management, and compliance while supporting a fast-paced, people-driven organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Implement HR policies, procedures, and systems aligned with company and FMCG best practices
  • Manage end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, payroll coordination, and exits
  • Partner with leadership to support workforce planning and organizational development
  • Lead recruitment for sales, production, supply chain, and corporate roles
  • Drive talent development initiatives including training, succession planning, and leadership development
  • Identify skill gaps and coordinate learning programs to enhance employee performance
  • Manage performance management processes including goal setting, appraisals, and feedback cycles
  • Handle employee relations issues, disciplinary processes, and grievance management
  • Promote a positive workplace culture that supports productivity, engagement, and retention
  • Support compensation and benefits administration in line with company policies and industry benchmarks
  • Ensure compliance with Nigerian labor laws, statutory requirements, and internal HR policies
  • Maintain accurate HR records, reports, and employee data
  • Prepare HR reports on headcount, attrition, performance, and manpower costs
  • Use HR data to support management decision-making and continuous improvement initiatives

Required Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 6–8 years of progressive HR experience
  • Professional HR certification (CIPM, SHRM, HRCI) is an added advantage
