Job description
## Title: HR Advisor / HR Generalist I
Main Responsibilities
- Interpret and ensure compliance with HR policies, company processes, and relevant employment laws
- Partner with management on employee and labor relations; conduct internal investigations as assigned
- Serve as the first point of contact for line managers regarding employee/labor relations issues, inquiries, and complaints
- Communicate HR objectives and procedures to all levels of management and employees in compliance with company policy and employment law
- Support business strategy execution by leveraging HR processes and developing efficient HR interventions
- Identify people implications of business strategies and advise clients on appropriate solutions
- Deliver efficient HR services including Performance Assessment and Development Process (PADP), Staffing and Development (S&D), case management, and policy interpretation
- Manage and resolve people-related issues
- Analyze HR trends and metrics to identify business and people challenges; make recommendations and steward implementation of agreed HR action plans
- Promote leadership, management, and supervisory effectiveness
- Champion diversity and inclusion initiatives through HR processes to ensure various ideas, backgrounds, and perspectives are respected and valued
- Ensure compliance with internal and external HR requirements; identify and lead improvements to HR processes
- Build and maintain client relationships while establishing professional rapport
Work Environment
This is a junior-level position that typically includes specialization in areas such as recruitment, benefits administration, training, or other HR functions. The role operates under close supervision and mentoring from senior HR staff.
