Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation
- Implement HR policies and ensure compliance with labor regulations
- Coordinate performance appraisal processes
- Handle employee relations issues and disciplinary procedures
- Manage payroll coordination and staff benefits administration
- Develop and implement training and development programs
- Provide HR reports and analytics to management
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 3–5 years HR experience
- Strong knowledge of Nigerian labor laws
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional certification (CIPM, SHRM, etc.) is an advantage
