## Title: Human Resources Generalist
Job Summary
We are seeking a Human Resources Generalist to provide comprehensive support across all human resources functions, with a focus on administrative excellence and strategic HR initiatives. You will be part of a dynamic and expanding team.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and monitor internal policies, guidelines, procedures, and processes
- Support full recruitment and selection processes within agreed timelines, including drafting and placing advertisements, conducting assessments, and coordinating interviews for qualified applicants
- Conduct background checks on recommended candidates
- Draft Offer of Employment letters
- Assist in designing and conducting induction programmes for new employees
- Develop training plans based on employee training needs using training needs analysis models
- Assist in managing the performance management system
- Provide advisory services to line managers and staff on HR processes, policies, and newly created policies in consultation with the Head of Human Resources
- Administer staff welfare programmes
- Maintain an up-to-date staff database and manage staff documentation
- Manage staff attendance records
- Perform additional tasks as assigned
Key Objectives
- Ensure continuous improvement of the human resources department
- Maintain an optimal level of staff engagement and welfare
Requirements
- First Degree in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, Personnel Management, or related field
- 2–3 years of relevant and progressive HR experience
- HR certification
- Excellent business communication skills (written and verbal)
- Expert presentation and interpersonal skills
- Professional appearance with positive outlook and strong work ethic
- Strong ethical perspectives
