## Title: Human Resources Executive
Job Summary
Uncle Stan's Foods is seeking a qualified Human Resources Executive to support all HR functions and ensure efficient operations of the HR department. In this role, you will help build a productive, compliant, and positive work environment by focusing on recruitment, employee relations, performance management, HR administration, and compliance with company policies and labour laws.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Onboarding
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process: job posting, screening, interviewing, and onboarding
- Maintain an updated database of all staff and job applicants
- Coordinate staff orientation and ensure new hires are properly integrated into the company culture
Employee Relations
- Support employee engagement initiatives to foster motivation and retention
- Address staff grievances promptly and escalate serious issues where necessary
- Promote effective communication between management and staff
Performance Management
- Assist in implementing performance appraisal systems and tracking KPIs
- Support managers with performance review processes and documentation
HR Administration
- Maintain accurate employee records, including attendance, leave, and payroll documentation
- Prepare HR reports and ensure all HR files are up-to-date and confidential
- Ensure compliance with company policies and employment laws
Training & Development
- Identify training needs and assist in organizing internal and external training sessions
- Track employee development and training outcomes
Compliance & Policy Implementation
- Enforce HR policies, disciplinary actions, and standard operating procedures
- Keep up to date with labour law regulations and HR best practices
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum of 2–4 years of experience in a similar HR role
- Strong understanding of HR principles and practices
