## Title: Human Resources Executive
About the Position
OptiHuman Consulting Limited is seeking a qualified Human Resources Executive to join our team in Lagos, Nigeria. This role is central to developing and implementing comprehensive HR strategies that support organizational growth and employee satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement standard recruiting and hiring practices to ensure the recruitment of superior workforce within specified time frames
- Develop and implement Performance Management Systems by conducting periodic performance appraisals and employee development programs; provide recommendations as required
- Manage and drive the implementation of employee training systems and programs that address staff training needs; conduct orientations and facilitate in-house and external trainings to improve employee productivity
- Develop and update policies to promote best practices and positive employee behavior; hear and resolve employee grievances; counsel employees and supervisors; ensure strict adherence to the company's code of conduct
- Support the interpretation and enforcement of company culture to support organizational goals and promote employee satisfaction; conduct periodic surveys to improve methods and stay current with Human Capital Management best practices
- Minimize risk and protect the interests of employees and the company in accordance with Human Capital Policies and government laws and regulations
- Manage organizational planning processes that evaluate company structure, job design, and personnel requirements
- Maintain work structure by updating job requirements for all positions to meet organizational objectives; regularly update the competency framework
- Maintain pay plans by conducting periodic pay surveys, scheduling and conducting job evaluations, preparing pay budgets, monitoring individual pay actions, and implementing pay structure revisions
- Maintain historical human capital records by designing and managing filing and retrieval systems
