Job description
## Title: Human Resources Executive
Job Summary
Provide comprehensive support across all human resources functions, with a focus on administrative coordination and strategic HR operations to drive continuous departmental improvement and staff engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and monitor internal policies, guidelines, procedures, and processes
- Support full recruitment and selection processes within agreed timelines, including drafting and placing job advertisements, conducting candidate assessments, and coordinating interviews
- Conduct background checks on recommended candidates
- Draft Offer of Employment letters
- Design and conduct induction programmes for new employees
- Develop training plans based on training needs analysis and employee development requirements
- Assist in managing the performance management system
- Provide advisory services to line managers and staff on HR processes, policies, and new policy implementations in consultation with the Head of Human Resources
- Administer staff welfare programmes
- Manage staff attendance and payroll administration
- Maintain up-to-date staff database and related documentation
- Perform additional assigned tasks as required
Key Objectives
- Ensure continuous improvement of the human resources department
- Maintain optimal levels of staff engagement and welfare
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, Personnel Management, or related field
- 2–4 years of relevant and progressive HR experience
- Current HR certification
- Strong business communication skills (written and verbal)
- Expert presentation and interpersonal skills
- Professional appearance and positive work outlook
- Strong ethical standards
- Prior experience in ITF
