We are looking for a qualified candidate to fill this position. Position Overview: - We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive with healthcare industry experience to join our team. For the purpose of gender balance within the department, male candidates are encouraged to apply. Key Responsibilities: - Manage end-to-end recruitment for clinical and non-clinical staff. - Coordinate onboarding, credentialing, and staff documentation. - Maintain employee records and ensure regulatory compliance. - Support performance management and appraisal processes. - Handle employee relations, disciplinary actions, and staff welfare. - Ensure adherence to labour laws, hospital policies, and healthcare standards. - Assist with payroll coordination, leave management, and HR reporting. - Support training, licensing, and professional development activities. Requirements: - Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. - Minimum of 2–4 years HR experience in a healthcare setting (hospital, clinic, HMO, or medical facility). - Strong knowledge of labour laws and healthcare HR compliance. - Excellent communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills. - High level of confidentiality and professionalism. - Proficiency in MS Office and HR systems.
