## Title: Human Resources Business Partner
About the Role
We are recruiting on behalf of our client, a dynamic team that is expanding and looking for an HR Generalist with a strong customer service background in the Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) industry.
Location
Mainland, Lagos, Nigeria
Key Responsibilities
- Manpower planning and recruitment
- Reward and recognition programmes
- Administration of the performance management process
- Management of learning and development initiatives
- Employee relations management
- Employee records and exit management
Required Qualifications and Experience
- BSc/HND or equivalent qualification
- Minimum 3 years' work experience as an HR generalist
- Strong customer service/customer-facing background in the FMCG industry
- Good understanding of the retail business
- Professional certification in Human Resources (CIPM, CIPD, SHRM, etc.) is an advantage
- Proficiency with Human Resources Information Systems is an advantage

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Highly organised with strong planning abilities
- Trustworthy, discreet and credible
- Excellent coaching and stakeholder management skills
- Proactive, collaborative and persuasive approach
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Willingness to commute to and work from other branches as required
Salary and Benefits
- N300,000 (gross) per month
- Annual leave allowance
- HMO coverage (self and dependent)
