About the Role

We are recruiting on behalf of our client, a dynamic team that is expanding and looking for an HR Generalist with a strong customer service background in the Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) industry.

Mainland, Lagos, Nigeria

Key Responsibilities

Manpower planning and recruitment
Reward and recognition programmes
Administration of the performance management process
Management of learning and development initiatives
Employee relations management
Employee records and exit management

Required Qualifications and Experience

BSc/HND or equivalent qualification
Minimum 3 years' work experience as an HR generalist
Strong customer service/customer-facing background in the FMCG industry
Good understanding of the retail business
Professional certification in Human Resources (CIPM, CIPD, SHRM, etc.) is an advantage
Proficiency with Human Resources Information Systems is an advantage

Highly organised with strong planning abilities

Excellent coaching and stakeholder management skills
Proactive, collaborative and persuasive approach

Salary and Benefits

N300,000 (gross) per month
