Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or Industrial Relations
- 5–7 years of HR and administration management experience
- Professional experience preferably in corporate, membership-based, or development sectors
Preferred Qualifications
- HR certification (CIPM, SHRM, or CIPD)
