## Title: Human Resources Officer

Job Summary

Kels Global Ventures seeks a dedicated Human Resources Officer to provide comprehensive HR support to the organization. The successful candidate will manage recruitment, employee relations, benefits administration, and ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a strong understanding of HR principles and practices, coupled with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to maintain confidentiality.

Education and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in HR, preferably in a healthcare setting
  • Professional certification in HR is an advantage

  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
  • Proficiency in HR software and systems (e.g., HRIS, payroll)
