Human Resource Officer at First Excelsia

Position Overview

First Excelsia is seeking a competent HR Officer to manage recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and HR compliance. The ideal candidate must be proactive, organized, and experienced in HR operations.

Compensation

Monthly Net Remuneration: ₦180,000 – ₦200,000

Key Responsibilities

• Handle recruitment and onboarding of new staff
• Manage employee relations and resolve HR issues
• Track performance reviews and KPIs
• Ensure HR compliance and maintain reports
• Administer payroll, pensions, and benefits
• Organize staff training and monitor attendance
• Promote staff welfare, safety, and HR policies

Required Qualifications

• BSc in Human Resources or related field
• 4–6 years of experience in HR roles
• Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR practices
• Proficient in Microsoft Office

Preferred Qualifications

• Relevant professional certification such as CIPM or equivalent

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities
