## Title: Human Resources Officer

Role Overview

Chrysla Development Limited, a Real Estate company based in Asaba, is seeking a motivated Human Resources Officer to join our team. The HR Officer will be responsible for managing the full spectrum of human resource functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training, and compliance. This role is critical to fostering a positive work culture and aligning HR strategies with the company's business goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Recruitment & Onboarding: Develop job descriptions and post vacancies; screen resumes, conduct interviews, and coordinate onboarding processes
  • Employee Relations: Address employee concerns and mediate workplace conflicts; promote a positive and inclusive work environment
  • Performance Management: Implement appraisal systems and support managers in performance reviews; track KPIs and recommend development plans
  • Training & Development: Identify training needs and organize workshops or courses; support career development initiatives
  • Policy & Compliance: Maintain and update HR policies in line with labor laws; ensure compliance with health, safety, and employment regulations
  • Payroll & Benefits: Coordinate payroll processing and manage employee benefits; handle leave management and attendance tracking

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • 2+ years of HR experience (preferably in a corporate or startup environment)
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite
