Position Overview: - The ideal candidate will assist with recruitment, staff management, employee relations, and ensure compliance with company policies while supporting a positive workplace culture. Key Responsibilities: - Support recruitment and onboarding of salon, retail, and administrative staff - Maintain employee records, files, and HR documentation - Assist with performance management and staff appraisals - Coordinate staff attendance, leave, and disciplinary records - Support employee engagement and welfare initiatives - Ensure compliance with internal HR policies and labor regulations - Assist with training coordination and staff development - Serve as a point of contact for basic HR inquiries Requirements: - HND or BSc in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field - 1 – 2 years of HR experience (experience in retail, salon, or beauty industry is an advantage) - Good knowledge of HR processes and basic labor laws - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - High level of confidentiality and professionalism - Good organizational and documentation skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel,. Salary N150,000 per month.
