• Oversee end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records
• Handle employee relations and ensure compliance with labor laws
• Coordinate performance evaluations and staff training
• Process payroll and statutory deductions
• Promote a positive workplace culture and HR best practices

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field
• 2 – 4 years of HR experience
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of HR software and MS Office tools
• Membership in CIPM is an advantage
