This position offers a great opportunity for career growth. Recruitment & Onboarding
  • Support full-cycle recruitment: job descriptions, postings, sourcing, CV screening, shortlisting, interviews, and offer letters.
  • Maintain a talent pipeline and liaise with recruitment partners where necessary.
  • Lead pre-onboarding process: pre-employment documentation, orientation programs, system and workspace setup.
  • Conduct onboarding feedback assessments and adjust processes for continuous improvement.
HR Operations & HRIS Management
  • Maintain employee data on HRIS (Odoo); ensure accurate input and timely updates.
  • Create, manage, and update employee records in compliance with legal and internal policies.
  • Generate HR reports (headcount, attendance, and leave management)
Employee Relations & Engagement
  • Serve as the first point of contact for employee queries, providing accurate and timely information.
  • Drive engagement initiatives (e.g. employee satisfaction surveys, culture events).
Performance Management & Training
  • Timely distribution of Job descriptions and KPIs to new hires
  • Coordinate bi-annual performance appraisal cycles: reminders, template distribution, and collation.
  • Assist in developing and executing training calendars and upskilling programs.
Policy, Compliance & Compensation Support
  • Ensure organizational compliance with labor laws, company policies, and code of conduct.
  • Maintain confidentiality in handling employee information and disciplinary actions.
  • Research compensation benchmarks to ensure internal pay equity and external competitiveness.
Operational Support
  • Draft HR letters, internal memos, and policy circulars.
  • Support planning and execution of corporate HR initiatives, e.g., retreats, team-building exercises.
  • Maintain vendor relationships related to HR service provision (e.g., HMO, training vendors).
Required Skills/Abilities:
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Desirable interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
  • Basic knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations.
  • Good with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
  • Proficiency with or the ability to quickly learn the organization’s HRIS, ERP and/or talent management systems.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Keen interest in Human Resources and Administration.
Education: and Experience:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource, Business Administration, or related field required.
