A dynamic team is expanding and looking for the right talent. Position Overview: - We are seeking a Human Resource Business Partner (HRBP) to join our dynamic team. - In this role, you will serve as a trusted advisor to leadership, ensuring HR practices align with operational goals while promoting employee engagement, compliance, and workforce development. Position Overview: / Summary - Partner with senior leadership to align HR strategies with business goals, drive workforce planning, and support organizational change initiatives - Champion a positive employee experience by managing conflict resolution, performance concerns, and proactive engagement programs - Oversee end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and continuous learning initiatives to build a future-ready workforce - Ensure workplace safety, legal compliance, and employee wellness through active collaboration with EHS teams and implementation of best practices - Monitor and administer competitive compensation structures, benefits programs, and retention strategies tailored to workforce needs - Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of statutory payments and regulatory compliance - Lead the end-to-end performance appraisal process, including designing competency-based evaluation and rating frameworks, facilitating review sessions, and coaching managers to deliver constructive, actionable feedback - Drive Performance Improvement Plan (PIP) understanding, development, implementation, and monitoring to support performance correction and employee growth. Basic Requirements - Bachelor’s degree in HRM, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field - Minimum of 5 years’ experience in human resource management practice - Professional development and training certifications are an added advantage - Current, in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to human resources and employee management, including workers’ compensation and union relations - Strong leadership capability with proven ability to lead a team effectively.
