## Title: Human Resources Analyst
Summary
As the Human Resources Analyst, you will be responsible for building and overseeing core HR functions across recruitment, onboarding, compliance, performance management, employee development, and workplace culture. You will serve as a strategic partner to leadership and a trusted resource to staff, driving HR systems and practices.
Key Responsibilities
Employee Records & Compliance
- Maintain accurate, confidential, and secure employee records
- Ensure full compliance with labour laws and internal policies
- Regularly update HR policies in line with Nigeria's labour legislation
- Support HSE (Health, Safety, Environment) adherence, particularly in construction environments
Recruitment & Onboarding
- Develop and implement recruitment processes aligned with company values
- Lead recruitment campaigns to attract and hire qualified talent
- Facilitate seamless onboarding processes that integrate new hires effectively
Employee Engagement & Retention
- Foster a positive workplace culture with high levels of staff engagement
- Design and implement staff welfare and recognition initiatives
- Track and improve employee satisfaction and retention
Training & Development
- Identify and implement training programmes that align with team needs
- Support individual development plans and career growth pathways
- Monitor ROI of training investments
Performance Management
- Coordinate biannual performance appraisal processes
- Ensure feedback mechanisms and goal setting are implemented across teams
- Support managers in delivering clear, actionable feedback
Payroll Coordination
- Ensure accurate and timely payroll collation for finance processing
- Maintain data integrity across attendance, leave, and payroll systems
Exit & Offboarding
- Manage offboarding processes to ensure compliance and continuity
- Conduct exit interviews and capture feedback for continuous improvement
