Responsibilities

• Lead the team and support them in completing tasks effectively
• Manage recruitment activities: post job openings, review CVs, shortlist candidates, and participate in interviews
• Oversee onboarding of new employees
• Maintain accurate and proper record-keeping of employee information in electronic and digital formats
• Organize team-building activities, staff engagement sessions, and training programs to support employee growth
• Prepare clear reports and dashboards that communicate HR trends and insights effectively
• Monitor employee performance, retention, and engagement
• Advise on HR best practices, policies, and process improvements
• Handle day-to-day HR administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver HR projects successfully

Requirements

• Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, or a related field
• 1-2 years of post-NYSC experience in HR operations, HR analytics, or HR consulting
• Hands-on experience with recruitment, onboarding, employee records, and HR administration
• Proven experience leading a team and managing multiple HR projects
• Knowledge of HR best practices and staff training
• Excellent communication, reporting, and stakeholder management skills
• Highly organized, proactive, and professional approach
• Outstanding presentation and reporting skills
