## Title: HR/Admin Officer

Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Human Resources/Admin Officer to oversee our HR and administrative functions. This role will work directly with the CEO, ensuring HR strategies align with corporate objectives while fostering a positive work culture and maintaining efficient administrative operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement HR strategies and policies aligned with corporate goals
  • Lead end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations
  • Oversee payroll administration, benefits management, and staff welfare
  • Ensure compliance with HR regulations and organizational policies
  • Manage succession planning, staff engagement, and retention initiatives
  • Oversee procurement, vendor management, fleet, and facilities administration
  • Coordinate disciplinary processes, leave management, and employee engagement activities
  • Prepare HR reports, budgets, and provide insights for management decision-making

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline (MBA and professional certifications such as CIPM, CIPD, or PHRi are advantageous)
  • Minimum of 5 years' relevant HR/Admin experience, preferably in the upstream oil and gas sector
  • Strong knowledge of HR best practices, legislation, and HR management systems
  • Excellent communication, leadership, negotiation, and organizational skills
  • Proven ability to manage people, resolve conflicts, and drive strategic HR initiatives
