Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment activities for site, operational, and office staff, including bulk hiring,job postings, CV screening, interviews, and job offers.
- Liaise with department heads to identify staffing needs and define job requirements.
- Coordinate interviews, assessments, background, reference, and guarantor checks.
- Prepare offer letters, employment contracts, and other recruitment-related documentation.
- Coordinate onboarding and orientation programs for new employees.
- Maintain accurate employee records, personnel files, and HR databases.
- Administer staff confirmations, promotions, transfers, and exit processes.
- Monitor and manage employee attendance, leave records, and probation periods.
- Provide accurate HR data and documentation to support payroll processing.
- Respond to employee enquiries on HR policies, procedures, and benefits.
- Support the implementation and enforcement of HR policies and company procedures.
- Assist in handling employee relations matters, including disciplinary issues and grievances.
- Support performance management and staff development initiatives.
- Prepare periodic HR reports on recruitment, headcount, and staff movements.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, internal policies, and confidentiality standards.
